"Wow, What an amazing journey it was-a week of cycling in the Maritime Alps of France. And your guidance made all the difference.
These were long, grueling days in the saddle and it was imperative to stay relaxed and remain free of pain. For scale, a typical ride was about 90 miles with over 10,000 vertical feet of climbing. Your strategy of elevating my core strength, improving my balance and supporting my arms and shoulders was spot on. It was a perfect complement to endurance training on the bike.
